Vintage 18ct Gold 0.20ct Diamond Solitaire Ring

This is a beautiful, vintage 18ct Gold Diamond Solitaire Ring
A sparkling diamond measuring 0.20ct sits at the centre of this ring on a beautiful, buttery yellow gold band.
Diamond has been tested and confirmed as natural.

Marked 18ct for 18ct Gold.
There is also an engraving showing 12.12 inside the band.
Comes with box. Box may differ from that in photos.
