Vintage 18ct Gold Ruby & Diamond Trilogy Ring

This is a beautiful 18ct Gold Ruby & Diamond Trilogy Ring.
A central pinky/red ruby measuring 13pts approximately sits in the center of this ring, while a sparkling diamond accent measuring 3pts each is set on either side of the main stone.

Inside the ring there is an engraving of the name “Ronette”.
Marked 18ct & Plat.
