Vintage 9ct Gold Topaz & Diamond Ring

This is a pretty 9ct Yellow Gold Topaz & Diamond Ring.
A lovely vibrant blue topaz is set in the centre of this ring in a white gold setting and is surrounded by 12 sparkling diamond accents. The band is yellow gold.
